All Deposits are non refundable on kitttens, no exceptions 

Kittens must be paid in full by the time the kitten is 12 weeks old, shipping and all money owed is due two weeks prior to shipping kitty.  If money is not received all money is forfeited  that has been received. Please make sure you can afford to buy a kitten before placing moneys on one. I can only hold kittens up to a certain time.  No exchanges on kittens, please make sure you have made the right chioce when choosing your kitten.

All our breeding persians are guaranteed PKD neg.

La Ciara Persians looks for the best homes for their kittens and care deeply about each  kittens & cats and the  welfare  of them . At anytime they feel uncomfortanble with a sale they can cancel sale at anytime without  explanation to the buyer

At time of sale a contract must be signed , contract involves that pets cannot be used for breeding or resold as a open, Breeding show cats cannot be resold as open cats, they cannot be leased , gifted ,loaned to others or studded to others, they are for the personal use only of the cattery that buys this kitten.  Please ask to see the contract
